So this is where I am now with my Pushups, LOL. I know they are horrible, but ChaLean Extreme promises me at the end of 90 days I will be able to do a full push up, WOOHOO! I am so excited because I have never been able to do a full push up a day in my life and I Believe if I want it bad enough I can I have. So mark my words here by the end of ChaLean Extreme Program I will be doing a full push up..
I will post a video marking every 30 days of completion of each phase of the ChaLean Program, to show whether I am getting closer to my goal. GURANTEED.
