My Fitness Program: Chalean Extreme
In 2008, I successfully lost most of my weight by doing Turbo Jam. Well I kept the weight off for a few years, but gained it back after moving nad being unable to lose the weight.
Like I before stated I know wanted a more challenging workout and the one I chose was ChaLean Extreme, it is Extreme, which was created by Chalean Johnson the same creator of Turbo Jam.
I have to say I love it it challenges me and keeps me on my toes. I have to say I have been doing the program for two weeks and I have already have experience my muscles getting stronger and everyone are starting to see the definitions in my arms. Even my little cousins were impressed,they felt my arms and they were hmmm, before they would would laugh and tell me, "you don't have no muscles," so I know I must be getting really strong.
The very best thing I love about this program is that your workout changes every 30 days so you are not doing the same thing, so therefore your body, more importantly your muscles is not given the chance to adjust to the workout.
All all the items your get the workout are priceless: resistance band, body fat tester, thigh toning band, not alone the 17 workouts that come along with the program.
So far I am 2 weeks and 3 days in and I have lost 6.2lbs. I am very excited for the things to come and all that I will accomplish with this workout program. I know and I am determine to lost every pound that I desire and this time it's STAYING OFF!
